When will my order be delivered?
Same-day delivery and same-day 2-hour rush delivery are available 7 days/week in select zipcodes of Brooklyn, NY from 1pm-7pm. (Manhattan coming soon).
Do I have to be 21+ to order JuneShine?
Yes. You will be ID’d when the delivery is made.
Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?
Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to accept each delivery. When providing us with a shipping address, please take this into account as all packages require someone 21+ to show an ID. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. If you aren't home to receive a delivery, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and a second delivery attempt will be made the following day.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is out for delivery, you'll get a text letting you know when it will arrive.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We process orders very quickly, so we're unable to change shipping addresses and orders once they're placed. Try us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best, but we can't guarantee that we'll be able to reroute a delivery.
What do I do if the product is damaged or my order is incorrect?
Email us at email@example.com with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order.
What do I do if I want a refund?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details on why you’re asking for a refund; please include any relevant photos.
Returns are subject to the rules and requirements of local laws and will be handled and approved by the retail licensee, if applicable.

All orders are sold and fulfilled by TapRm Brooklyn, not by JuneShine, Inc.
